Today we’re presenting these delicious chicken nuggets with just 4 ingredients that are a perfect alternative to the ultra-processed bagged ones from the supermarket to be enjoyed by young and old alike.

🖊Ingredients:

  • – 2 whole cleaned chicken breasts.
  • – 100g cream cheese
  • – 100g @bestdiet Low Carb Mini Toasts
  • – 2 eggs
  • – Salt to liking

👩‍🍳 How to make chicken nuggets:

  1. 1. Chop the breast and add the cream cheese and salt.
  2. 2. Put it all into a food processor until you have a homogeneous mass.
  3. 3. Process the toasts as well until you have a texture similar to breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Beat the eggs.
  5. 5. Put 2 tablespoons of your breadcrumbs on the chicken and mix to make it more mouldable.
  6. 6. Now form your nuggets into the size and shape you want, dip them in the egg and then in the bread. Complete the whole chicken (about 25 – 30 pieces at a time normally).
  7. 7. Now you can fry them in oil or if you want a healthier alternative, you can put them in the Airfryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. You can put them in the oven as well for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready!
