Keto garlic bread // low carb recipe

Preheat the oven to 190ºC and prepare a tray or dish with parchment paper to bake. Wash, dry and chop the herbs; also chop the garlic clove and reserve.

In a large plate or microwave safe container, arrange the grated mozzarella cheese, garlic granules or powder, ground almonds, cream cheese, baking powder and a good pinch of salt. Stir and heat in the microwave on full power for 1 minute.

Check that the cheese has melted and reheat in 30 second intervals, on medium power, if necessary. In a bowl, lightly beat the egg and incorporate it, quickly mixing everything to integrate it into a dough.

Pour the dough onto the tray and shape it into an oval or rectangular shape, a finger or a finger and a half thick, with the help of a large spatula or spoon (slightly moistened, if necessary).

Mix the prepared herbs with the olive oil, Parmesan cheese and garlic clove. Baste the surface of the dough with this mixture and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until it is well browned, making sure it does not burn.

Leave to cool slightly before transferring to a board and cutting into portions. If it is very soft, it can be toasted in the toaster or grilled.
