Keto garlic bread // low carb recipe

Preheat the oven to 190ºC and prepare a baking tray or baking dish with greaseproof paper. Wash, dry and chop the herbs; also chop the garlic clove and set aside.

In a large dish or microwave-safe bowl, place the grated mozzarella cheese, granulated or powdered garlic, ground almonds, cream cheese, baking powder and a good pinch of salt. Stir and heat in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute.

Check that the cheese has melted and reheat in 30-second intervals at medium power, if necessary. In a bowl, lightly beat the egg and incorporate it, mixing quickly to form a dough.

Pour the mixture into the pan and shape it into an oval or rectangular shape, one to one and a half fingers thick, with the help of a spatula, tongue or large spoon (slightly moistened, if necessary).

Mix the prepared herbs with the olive oil, Parmesan cheese and garlic clove. Brush the surface of the dough with this mixture and bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown, making sure it does not burn.

Wait a little while out of the oven before removing to a board and cutting into portions. If it is too soft, it can be toasted in the toaster or grilled.
