Everyone on a ketogenic diet has had a craving for a pizza or a panini at some point.
But it takes so long to prepare a pizza base or a bread that if you have no time, you end up not doing it.

So here’s an option for those days, which is super low in carbohydrates and very easy.


– 2 low-carb paninis from @bestdiet_en
– 2 tablespoons of unsweetened tomato sauce
– 2 tablespoons of mozzarella cheese
– 1 slice of bacon
– Cheeses of your choice (gouda, brie, goat and sheep).
– 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
– Oregano and salt to your liking

👩‍🍳 How to make a keto-panini pizza:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Cut the bread rolls in half and put olive oil on them.
3. Fill two with tomato, bacon and mozzarella and the other two with cheese. Generously!!! (Let it run down the sides).
4. Add salt and oregano.
5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and melted.

Each panini has less than 3gr of carbohydrates.

Enjoy and indulge yourself when the craving hits, while taking care of your diet.
