Let’s make our low-carb and low-sugar version of these famous sandwiches from VIPS, together with @mama_hace_keto
The Club Sandwich
6 slices of Best Diet Seeded Bread
3 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise with olive oil
4 slices of cooked ham
2 slices of Emmental cheese
2 slices of gouda cheese
1/2 sliced tomato
2 slices of turkey breast cold cuts
1 lettuce leaf
The Fundy O’Clock Sandwich
6 slices of Best Diet Oatmeal Bread
For scrambled eggs
2 eggs
25gr butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond drink
1 tablespoon of whipping cream
For the rest of the sandwich
4 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of cooked ham
2 slices of turkey breast cold cuts

👩‍🍳 How to make Sandwiches Keto version:

1. In an ungreased frying pan, put the slices of bacon and let them roast, until crispy, and set them aside.
2. Add the butter to the bacon grease and when it gets hot, make the scrambled eggs by adding the ingredients (eggs, cream and almond drink) to it. Keep stirring until the mixture is set.
3. The only thing left to do is to assemble the sandwiches, both of which will have 2 layers. Fill with the ingredients to your liking.
4. For the Fundy O’Clock sandwich, put the cheddar cheese on the slices and place them in the oven or toaster to get the cheese melted on the bread. Continue with the scrambled eggs and that’s it!
