Instructions:
Brew a coffee and let it cool down.
Cut the muffin into “slices”.
Mix the ingredients for the cream (cream cheese, cream and cinnamon) until it has a creamy texture without lumps. You can sweeten the cream if you like, but if you want it to taste “Tuscan” leave it unsweetened.
Place a “sponge” base, spread 2 spoonfuls of coffee on top (you will see that it absorbs it) and a little bit of cream on top. Repeat this process 4 times, until you have finished with the 4 parts of the muffin.
Decorate with unsweetened cocoa.
