GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Conditions of Sale at BestDiet:

 

1- General:

 

These general conditions of sale are strictly applied to all sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Nueva Dietética S.L., with C.I.F. number B91503714, hereinafter bestdiet.es, for individuals.

 

Any order made to bestdiet.es necessarily implies as an essential, decisive and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of bestdiet.es in force on the day the corresponding order is carried out. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, except for those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by bestdiet.es. The fact that bestdiet.es does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be equivalent to waiving resorting to them in the future or in the past.

 

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all the acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are contrary public order provisions. 

 

2- Prices:

 

The prices published on bestdiet.es are in Euros and are valid excluding typographical errors. All prices are inclusive of VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale at bestdiet.es

 

Settlements on products for sale on bestdiet.es will be shown in the “Settlements” section or will be indicated in the product file and, if not indicated otherwise, they will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

 

bestdiet.es neither informs nor assumes the customs costs that the relevant authority or post office may require from the client for the management and / or delivery of the products, these costs must be assumed by the client and will not be a justifying reason for canceling the order.

 

3- Different payment methods: 

 

When placing an order, the customer can choose to pay for purchases made at bestdiet.es by:

 

  • Bank transfer

 

  • Credit or debit card

 

  • Cash on delivery

 

  • PayPal

 

4- Product:

 

Offers presented by bestdiet.es are valid within the limit of available stocks. Bestdiet.es reserves the right to modify the assortment of products depending on any difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

 

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not in any way commit the bestdiet.es seller.

 

5- Delivery: 

 

  1. Products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

 

  1. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of registration in bestdiet.es, unless a delivery address other than the billing address is indicated.

 

  1. On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays there will be neither delivery nor movement of orders.

 

  1. However, delay will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

 

  1. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt, and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

 

  1. The observations specified by the client, for the delivery of the orders, will be attended to as far as possible, without being mandatory for the courier and / or bestdiet.es.

 

  1. For shipments outside of Spain and Portugal contact us.

 

6- Return and cancellation policies

6-1 Return of merchandise:

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at bestdiet.es within 14 days from the date of receipt and provided that it has not been unsealed, opened or used.

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at bestdiet.es, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

bestdiet.es undertakes make a refund within a maximum period of 30 days of receipt of the return.

Before making the return, you will have to notify the Customer Service department by email at atencionalcliente@bestidet.es.

If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, bestdiet.es will bear the costs of the return and new shipping. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs.

 

6-2 Cancelling an order:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the merchandise leaves, the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been issued, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
