Me ha sorprendido bastante su sabor, no esperaba que furea tan parecido a otras tostas. Lo bueno que tienen es que llenan tanto que con un par de ellas quedas a gusto

Me las tomo en el desayuno, es cierto que no son 100% keto si estas haciendo la dieta estricta, pero como mantenimiento o para saltarte de forma moderada están genial. Creo que son de las mas bajas en hidratos y ricas de proteÃnas del mercado.

Este producto no es keto al 100%. Pero me sorprende que hayáis conseguido bajar tanto los hidratos en tostada.

Yo estoy haciendo una dieta keto no estricta , ya al final del proceso , hipocalórica y con pocos HC. Las tostadas están buenÃsimas, de lo mejorcito del mercado.
